If I create a Specific People sharing link, for example, and choose the option for them to Edit the file, are the Permission Levels relevant at all to how that person then accesses the document? I am aware that I can remove the ability to view previous versions from people/groups with direct access to a file/library/etc - I can edit the Permission Level to remove that option, then ensure that Permission Level is applied to the relevant group (eg Owners, Members, Visitors). ![]() ![]() Is it possible to share only the most recent version of a file, not its version history? ![]()
